Kemal Ülger is a strategic finance executive and cross-border business professional with over 20 years of leadership experience across the automotive, finance, and consulting sectors. As a former Finance Director (Local CFO) at Chery Automobile Türkiye and a manager at Hyundai Assan Automotive, he has built a strong track record in corporate finance, operational strategy, and business transformation.
Fluent in Korean and English, and a native speaker of Turkish, Kemal combines his
background as a CFO and management consultant to provide integrated insight that
connects financial clarity with strategic execution. He has led multinational teams,
designed financial and governance systems, and advised global corporations on
Korea–Türkiye market entry, financing structures, operational management, and
organizational restructuring.
Today, as the Founder of ULGER & SUNG, he focuses on supporting Turkish and Korean companies through finance, governance, and cross-cultural
alignment—transforming complex cross-border initiatives into structured and
sustainable partnerships.

Mijung Sung is a multilingual business leader with over 20 years of experience in
global corporations such as LG Electronics, POSCO, Microban Asia, and Korea
Telecom. Her expertise spans procurement, business development, sales,
marketing, supply chain management, and international partnerships, where she
has consistently delivered results across Asia and Europe.
Fluent in Turkish, English, and Chinese, and a native speaker of Korean, Mijung
bridges communication and culture seamlessly between partners, ensuring that
business objectives are aligned with local realities. Her leadership style blends
precision with empathy—a balance that has made her a trusted counterpart for both Korean and multinational organizations.
